1. Introduction

Welcome to SpinTheWheel (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile application SpinTheWheel on Apple devices.

By downloading or using SpinTheWheel, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

SpinTheWheel is a random decision and entertainment app that includes features such as:

  • Spin the Wheel
  • Draw / challenges
  • Random Numbers
  • Dice
  • Coin flip
  • Themes, sound, speech, and optional PRO subscription features

The App does not include a wheel “weights” feature.


3. Information We Collect

We aim to collect only what is needed to run the App.


A. Information stored on your device

The App may store locally on your device (for example, via on-device preferences/storage):

  • App settings (theme, language, sound, speech)
  • Wheel / draw / numbers / dice / coin preferences and recent activity
  • Selected skins, styles, and PRO unlock status (local cache)
  • App usage preferences related to reviews and prompts

This data generally stays on your device and is not used to identify you personally unless you choose to share it (for example, by contacting support).


B. Purchase and subscription information

If you buy or restore SpinTheWheel PRO, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.

We (and/or our payment partners) may process limited purchase-related data such as:

  • Subscription status (active/inactive)
  • Product identifiers and entitlement status
  • Anonymous or pseudonymous purchase identifiers needed to restore purchases

We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple handles payment processing.


C. Advertising information (when ads are shown)

The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad partners (such as [e.g. Google AdMob]).

Ad partners may collect or receive information, including:

  • Device identifiers (for example Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA, where permitted)
  • Device type, OS version, app version, language, and approximate technical data
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
  • IP address (as processed by ad/network providers)

On iOS, personalized ads may require your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline tracking, you may still see non-personalized / contextual ads.


D. Information you provide voluntarily

If you contact us by email or through support channels, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Message content
  • Any details you choose to include

We use this only to respond to your request.


E. Information we do not intentionally collect

We do not intentionally collect:

  • Names, photos, contacts, or precise location as a core feature
  • Camera roll access as a required feature (share uses the system share sheet for screenshots/results you choose to share)
  • Account passwords (the App does not require creating a SpinTheWheel account)

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve App features
  • Save your preferences and progress on device
  • Process and restore PRO subscriptions
  • Show ads and measure ad performance
  • Respond to support requests
  • Fix bugs, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations
  • Communicate important App or policy updates when needed

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Storage and Retention

  • Most App preferences and feature data are stored locally on your device.
  • Subscription status may be verified with Apple / RevenueCat.
  • Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain records.
  • Ad partners may retain data according to their own policies.

If you uninstall the App, local on-device data is typically deleted with the App. Subscription records may still exist with Apple and RevenueCat as needed for purchase history and restores.


7. Children’s Privacy

SpinTheWheel is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at dhara.divakar.apps@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

(If you plan to market the App specifically to children, tell me — this section must be strengthened for COPPA.)


8. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your device and region, you may:

  • Control tracking permission in iOS Settings (App Tracking Transparency)
  • Limit Ad Tracking / Personalized Ads in Apple Settings
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Turn off optional App features like sound/speech in Settings
  • Contact us to request deletion of support-related personal data we hold
  • Uninstall the App to remove local data

For EU/EEA/UK users, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.


9. International Transfers

Our partners (Apple, RevenueCat, ad networks) may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those providers according to applicable law.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.


11. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links or integrations to third-party services (App Store, support pages, ad networks). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
