Quick Troubleshooting

App crashes or freezes

  1. Force close and reopen the App
  2. Restart your device
  3. Update SpinTheWheel from the App Store
  4. Update iOS if available

Purchase / PRO not working

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Make sure you’re signed into the correct Apple ID
  3. Tap Restore Purchases in the App
  4. Confirm the subscription is active in Apple ID → Subscriptions
  5. Email us if it still fails (include screenshots)

Sound / speech not working

  1. Check device volume and Silent Mode
  2. Open App Settings and confirm Sound / Speech are enabled
  3. Restart the App
